About DezResto

Joshua Tree real estate and High Desert home restoration

DezResto is a High Desert home restoration and real estate company based in Joshua Tree, California. Led by Stephen Samojeden, an affiliated agent with Joshua Tree Modern (DRE #02446393), DezResto restores homes and cabins, and helps buyers and sellers with real estate across Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Landers, Twentynine Palms, and the surrounding desert.

Desert homes restored

Every project starts with a property that has been overlooked. The Desert Gold Bungalow in Yucca Valley was rebuilt down to the studs, the Kickapoo Trail Cabin in Landers became a studio on five open acres, and a garage on Greasewood Lane became a studio home. Several of these restored homes have since sold. See all of our completed home restoration projects. Learn how to buy a restored desert home or read about Stephen's personal vintage trailer restoration projects. They aren't a service he generally offers to clients, but he is open to discussing possible projects.

Our Joshua Tree real estate listings come from Joshua Tree Modern and are updated regularly, from land parcels to homes in Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Pioneertown, and beyond. Contact Stephen to tour properties with a buyer's representative on your side.
